 FAQS

  • Each 60 minutes session is $145.

  • We accept most major insurance plans through Headway. Please reach out for a 15 minute phone consultation to confirm your coverage and plan.

  • Yes. Telehealth is safe because it uses a system that follows HIPAA rules, and you can choose a private place for therapy.

  • Everyone's pace in therapy is individualized and tailored to fit your specific needs. With that said, the length of time can depend on your goals, commitment to the process, and a realistic timeline for change to occur. We will discuss this with when we discuss your specific treatment goals.

We normally recommend you start therapy on a weekly basis, but will work with you based on your need or special circumstance. We are here to support and tailor a plan that works for you while maintaining integrity of your treatment.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
