    I believe therapy with a skilled practitioner is an investment in growth and an excellent way to experience a better life. If you are an adult over 18 and tired of struggling with certain issues in your life, in your relationships or with your self-esteem, I’m ready to help you get started on making positive changes.

    Most people feel nervous about starting therapy. Sharing emotional details and traumatic information can be overwhelming. We will explore at a pace you are comfortable with . I will check in with you and aim to make the process as enjoyable and productive as possible.

    I practice insight oriented psychotherapy, with a strong desire to help individuals discover their own truth, strengths and solutions. If you are interested in learning more about yourself, better manage your thoughts and feelings and feel more confident, this type of therapy may help you
